November sees the opening of Beatrix Ong's New Concept Store in London's uber cool design led Newburgh Quarter.
There is certainly nothing humdrum about a Beatrix Ong store and with this one she is having some fun. When asked how she would describe the new concept store Ong replied “It’s my interpretation of ‘Alice in Wonderland meets Sleepy Hollow” Customers can expect pastiches from ‘the mad hatters tea party’ to more sinister, darkly gothic but always glamorous window displays with greedy magpies making off with Ong’s divine key rings and strappy high heels in their beaks!
