PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

Beatrix Ong Ltd accepts these methods of payment for online purchases:

Solo
Switch
Visa Debit

Deliveries are subjected to stock availability and upon the authorisation of your payment. Postage and packaging will be quoted during the payment process. 

Beatrix Ong Ltd delivers to locations within the United Kingdom and worldwide.

Deliveries will take up to 5 working days upon payment within the United Kingdom. International deliveries will take up to 10 working days, unless specified. In the case of any delays, we will be in contact to inform you.

All packages require a signature upon delivery.

REFUND

BEATRIX ONG Ltd will fully refund any footwear purchases bought from our online boutique, once we are in receipt of the unworn returned item.

We ask that all shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product.

The goods must be returned within 14 days together with the receipt. Returns received outside this time frame are accepted at the discretion of BEATRIX ONG Ltd and can only be refunded as  'store credit'.

TO EXCHANGE A PURCHASE

If an alternative size is required, please call us to reserve a new pair. These will be sent to you once your original shoes have been received by us in resalable condition.

If you are located outside the EU you will be required to pay additional taxes and duties on the replacement item.
If an alternative style is required, please return your purchase as detailed above and repurchase as before.

THE RETURN OF SALE GOODS

The policy for returning sale goods is the same as stipulated above for normal returns except that we offer a free returns process if you request a return of the goods within 7 days of delivery.

We request that all goods are returned within 7 days of the date you received your order. Any items returned outside this time frame are accepted at the discretion of BEATRIX ONG Ltd can only be refunded as a 'store credit'.
